GoaTraveller.in Is Platform that connect or act as a mediator between Property Host and Users who are looking to book accommodation on daily basis, weekly basis or monthly basis. just for your information Goatraveller.in don’t own or manage any listed property. ” Goa traveller ” or ” Goatraveller.in ” is just a platform that make easy for users or Travelers to find accommodation on other side it helps property owner or host to maximize their booking and revenue. ” GoaTraveller.in” platform just charge small amount as service fee if any booking happens through our platform. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms and condition. Here are terms and condition as follows users should be aware before Booking and doing payments.

Booking and Payments

Traveller or users can book stays, Plan events, and yacht through our website. To confirm any booking Full payment or an advance may be required depending on property owner and Hosts demands. Before you pay any amount be sure you go through the property listing. Some properties may require a refundable security deposit, which will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages occur. Important key points to be consider before booking any property is location, payment terms, house rules, cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made before the specified deadline may be eligible for a refund (as per the property or service provider’s policy). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. Here is the refund and cancellation terms

> More than 60 days before check-in: 100% refund
> 30-60 days before check-in: 85% refund
> Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund

Guest Responsibilities

Follow the House rules of the property or service you book. Respect the check-in and check-out timings.
Any damage to property or misbehavior may lead to extra charges or cancellation of your booking.

1. Guests must follow check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) times. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
2. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its amenities during their stay. The cost of damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
3. Guests must respect the privacy and peace of neighbors.
4. Loud music is prohibited after 09 PM.
   Unauthorized events / Prostituation , Smoking inside villa and drug consumption are strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to immediate termination of stay without a refund.
5. Pool contamination will result in a minimum fine of ₹15,000.

GoaTraveller.in does not own or operate any of listed properties. We only facilitate bookings between guests and property owners. We are not responsible for service failures, power outages, water shortages, or any unforeseen incidents at the property. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Any issues regarding the property must be reported to the owner’s local representative.

Pets and Additional Charges
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Owners must ensure their pets do not cause damage. Any damages will be charged accordingly. Events like house parties and receptions must be pre-approved and can be chargeable

Guests agree to use amenities at their own risk and will not hold GoaTraveller.in platform responsible for any accidents or losses.
