First-time visitors might not even realize that a shuttle service exists. The bus counter is located outside the exit point, making difficult for Traveller to know about Bus. There are no clear signs inside the terminal directing travelers to this service, which could lead to confusion for those unfamiliar with the airport.

The ticket counter allows both cash and card payments, which is convenient. However, they do not offer currency exchange, This can be inconvenient, especially for international travelers.

The Bus stop/pick up point is not visible from the Ticket counter. Customers are given the Bus number and have to navigate with the luggage trolley by themselves.

*The Bus reaches Mapusa in 20 minutes from Mopa but takes another 20 minutes to reach the Mapusa bus stop from the Peddem junction because of Traffic.

*The drop off has no immediate access to further transport options.

One has to drag all the luggage to find a cab or a Auto rickshaw.

* There were no Foreign tourists in the Bus. [Maybe they are not aware of these services].

Overall, I think the service is great and cheap compared to the cab rates.

The ticket counter staff and Driver were very helpful.

This service is more favorable to domestic passengers who travel with less luggage.

Things can be improved in terms of easy access to board the Bus, help with loading and unloading, etc.
